6. 2 - Pay Now (Loan or Fine)
7. 3 - History
8. 4 - My Account (Change PIN, Language)
9. 0 - Exit

🆕 For New Users (Registration):

1. Click "🚀 Start Session" (use unregistered phone number)
2. Select language: 1 (Kinyarwanda) or 2 (English)
3. Choose: 1 (Create New Account)
4. Enter your first name (letters only, min 2 chars)
5. Enter your last name (letters only, min 2 chars)
6. Enter your National ID (16 digits)
7. Create a PIN (min 4 digits)
8. Confirm your PIN
9. Registration successful! Dial again to login.

⚠️ If National ID already exists, you'll be told to login with registered phone.

💡 Navigation Tips:

• Press 0 at any screen to go Back
• Registered users go directly to PIN entry
• Session expires after 5 minutes of inactivity
• Change phone number above to test different users
• Click "Clear" to reset and start fresh

📋 Menu Options:

• 1 My Loans → View loans & Pay by Schedule
• 2 Pay Now → Pay Loan or Fine
• 3 History → Transaction history
• 4 My Account → Change PIN/Language

💳 Pay by Schedule Flow:

1. Go to 1 My Loans
2. Select loan number (e.g., 1)
3. Press 1 View Schedule
4. Select pending payment (1-4)
5. Enter amount (min 100 RWF)
6. Press 1 to Confirm
7. ✅ Payment Successful!
